This new entity (MOON) is intended to preserve the veterinary ethos and its current autonomous expression in member practices, which will maintain local governance and decision-making while enjoying the benefits of collaboration and consolidation of equity.

 

Innovating in the profession and with collaboration being of central importance, MOON improves overall organizational health and strategic position of the member practices, and looks to increase equity gains in addition to improving profitability and developing growth strategies.

 

As part of this project, we've largely suspended our direct consulting efforts and are working internally in the MOON organization, with Brian filling the Executive Director position and with Suzi filling the Consulting & Operations Manager role.
